BIRTHDAY PARTY!

on sunday i had a great b-day celebration. my cute mom and sis had party favors that were a hit .. a cake, princess plates, balloons, a tiara and more. i LOVED it!! my sister made me a WONDERFUL lunch that i requested. it was a spin on thanksgiving.. yum!

3rd and lindsley

my b-day week continues..
ali, jenna and I went to an eric hutchinson show at 3rd and lindsley. (my sister's b-day treat to me!) it was an amazing show! he is a great entertainer.

this was katie herzig- she opened for eric. she has such a pretty voice! This shows you how close we were to the stage. The chair in the bottom right of the picture is at our table.

it was so much fun!! the highlight of my night MIGHT be when I came back to the table and jenna and ali had an 'autograph' from dave. what tricky little girls!!!

I am 24...

My birthday was on Wednesday. I had a great day..
*My sister came over and spent the day with me. She brought me a blueberry muffin. Yum.
*I got lots of special b-day calls, and texts.
*Ezra was on his best behavior.. very nice considering he's been a cranky sick boy for about two weeks.
*My hubby came home from work and took me to dinner at Login's. Mmm.
He announced that we will in fact be getting a fence in our backyard before summer. (This was at THE TOP of my b-day list... if you have a young boy and dog.. you understand!) I'm SOOO excited! We had a great night together and I was spoiled!
AND we're going to have my b-day celebration at my Mom's on Sunday..
AND THEN.. Monday Jenna, Ali and I are going to an Eric Hutchinson show!!! WOO HOO!

OK, what have I been up to?
Well if you must know.. I had a wonderful weekend.

Friday- Date night.

Tony and I went out to eat at Macaroni Grill. It was delicious!

Then we just did a bit of shopping and cruised the town.

It was a much needed break.

Saturday- Girls night.

Jenna, Ali and I had a GIRLS NIGHT!

It included: Shopping, pizza, margaritas, brownies, a jam session,

a movie, and a semi sleepless night.

Sunday- Family day.

It was SO amazingly nice out. We went to church, and over to my Mom's for lunch, then took baby for a walk to the park. It was a very nice day. It has been so nice here.. Ezra has been spoiled with trips to the "part" aka park.

I was so spoiled with this break from reality. I could really get used to making this girls night a ritual. :)

super bowl sunday

We had a great Sunday. We went to the park and then to Zach and Ali's for the game.

We had tons of fun "watching" the super bowl! When we got there they had jerseys laid out for everyone to wear. So cute.

I know Ali and I feel so blessed that Zach and Tony get along so well! Thank you Lord for blessing us with great friends!
