Thankful.

For my two year olds little hands that create masterpieces.

For a working light in my fridge after months without.

For a GOD who answers prayers.

To be a stay at home mom.

For thunderstorms in the forecast, and a little boy who wants to watch with me on the porch.

For a family to raise up.

Shelter, heat, water and clean sheets.

Homemade cookies.

Snuggles.

wow.. i'm wondering where the past month went? I honestly can't even think of much to say when trying to re-cap Kingsley's 4th month of life. Well here is my best attempt!!

HAPPY 4 MONTH BIRTHDAY KINGSLEY JOSIAH!

has been laughing
met uncle robb for the 1st time
Had his mommy predict that he will have green eyes
still enjoys being swaddled but sometimes wiggles his arms out during the night
is sleeping well
starting to enjoy the excersaucer and bumbo seat
had his 1st easter and pics with the easter bunny
got a nick name from mama- kingsley joe ... not that i'm a huge fan- but i find myself sayin 'kingsley joe are you ready to go?' when getting us out the door
is in the middle of 24 hours of formula- not a fan
is a TOTAL mama's boy!
got his 1st freckle- he was born with a little birthmark- but I found his 1st freckle on 4/12 it's on the right side of his tummy



sorry to those of you who think i'm crazy for keeping track of dates.. or posting blogs with this information. it's important to me and this is a great place for me to keep track until I can write it in his baby book! :) what can I say? i'm crazy about this kid.

What a crazy day! I've been having bad allergies, which has caused me to have an incredibly hard time breathing in the evening. So today I went in to the Doctor. After a steroid shot, breathing treatment, x-ray, and a prescription for Zyrtec and an inhaler I left. According to the Dr. there was no problem with me nursing after the shot, but Kingsley's pediatrician suggests I pump and dump for 24 hours. I feel much better but wouldn't have got the shot had I known. Kingsley acts like formula is poison touching his mouth. He eats every 3 hours during the day and is now going on his 7th hour without. Poor thing. I guess he'll eat when he's hungry enough. Thankfully by the looks of things he won't be starving any time soon.

yesterday...

This boy saw his very 1st movie in the theater!!
Daddy took him to see 'How to Train Your Dragon' in 3D. Tony said he asked lots of questions like "What's funny Dad?" When the audience was all laughing. & "Why is he sad?" This morning I asked him what he wanted to do today. His answer. "Watch a movie!!"

Baboo is Ezra's BlaBla Doll and was given to him by Aunt Jenna when he was 6 months old.

They are inseparable. Baboo sleeps with Ezra every night and every nap.

Kingsley boy joined the club and was given his very own BUBBLES this past weekend. And my Mom and Jenna had to get Ezra another BlaBla since he loves Baboo so much, so welcome CLOUDY. We're now two silly sock animals richer! Smiles.

We had a great Easter weekend!
Friday we went up to Bicentennial State Park. It is SO beautiful. Ezra loves it there.

After church we heading to my Mom's house. We had a great time eating outside and enjoying the BEAUTIFUL weather!
