We had a great Thanksgiving!! Good food.. good family. I've got so much to be thankful for. Little Ezra made the holiday especially special.

Jump on the potty train..

Potty training is JUST around the corner for us. Ezra has just started saying poo poo right before he goes. Sometimes after he goes he'll grab his diaper and say potty or poo poo. So.. I'm not going to force anything.. but he's getting to that age! I think Santa may be bringing that boy a potty seat. ;)

OK- and he got up FOUR times last night.. FOUR people. Just wanting to play and not sleep.. ya know. Needless to say .. my eyes are burning and I have not been able to kick my cold. erg.

The great climber

ok- I could give ya the long & extended story of what has been going on with Ezra's sleeping pattern during the past 5 days..but to spare you..I'll just cut to the chase. Ezra climbed (?) out of his crib last night!!! He was crying hysterically because he had to sleep.. so after laying him down again in his crib I heard a thump against the door. I opened it and my baby boy was sitting there crying his head off..

Oh my. I reallly reallly don't want this to be his next little 'stage'. The whole climbing out of the crib thing never seemed very exciting to me.

I LOVE my house!

I really love my house. You MUST see it in person. OK, so my mom BLESSED us with this awesome sectional couch that goes so well in our den.. (we traded couches with her)..and the rest is a combo of things my friend Julie wasn't using in her house..and things I already had. The result is a beautiful cozy home.. if I do say so myself. ;)

So that's what I've been up to. I'm so thankful for the change. Ok, now I'm off to enjoy some much needed relaxing moments on my couch while the boys are down.

midnight with the Cosby's-

My little boy hasn't been sleeping well at night because of his cold. Last night he was just crying real bad .. so I thought maybe him and I could cuddle up and sleep on the couch. He wasn't real into sleeping at that point, so we turned on the Cosby's and had some milk and toast. He just kept looking over at me and saying 'Hiii' .. hehe .. even though he keeps me up when I desperatly want to be sleeping.. I still think he's cute. So after about an hour or two of TV .. I put him in bed with his head up on a pillow and he slept the rest of the night.

That's what we've been up to. That and a LOT of decorating .. pics to come soon.
